The Proving Rings are made of special steel, carefully forged to provide high and stable accuracy, dependability and repeatability. The dial gauge and anvil are mounted on U-brackets clamped to the ring body by set screws. The indicator has a sensitivity of 0.002mm/ div and the deflection is directly proportional to the applied load. The rings are supplied complete with the dial gauge and Works Calibration Chart, individually packed in polished wooden boxes. NPL (India) / NCCBM Calibration Certificates can also be arranged for any proving ring at an additional cost. Separate Pair of Loading Pads is provided to suit each proving ring.
Hot Air Oven Electrically Operated and Thermostatically Controlled, Stainless Steel internal chamber and External Body made of Mild Steel Sheet (Powder Coated Paint) or Stainless Steel Sheet with glasswool insulation between the chambers. Temperature Thermostatically controlled by hydraulic thermostat from ambient to 250°C. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs at the bottom and sides. An L-shaped thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature. Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit. Internal chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting the shelves according to requirements. The On/Off Rocker Switch with Indicator and Thermostat Indicator is fitted on the display panel.

Internal chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting the shelves according to requirements. The On/Off Rocker Switch, Digital Indicator cum Controller and Fine Temperature Controller is fitted on the display panel.
